Innovative Care Services is a Wisconsin nonprofit human services organization that assists people with disabilities by offering support services that best address individual needs.

Lori has a gift for brightening everyone’s day with her cheerful greetings and kind heart. When she’s not making others feel special, you’ll find her happily focused on her favorite hobby – sewing cards in her cozy home. Her joy and positivity remind us all of the simple beauty in life’s little moments
Jennifer loves chatting and connecting with her friends at her day program and the Innovative team members. Her passions include everything from horses and coloring to shopping. Whether she’s exploring community activities or sharing a laugh with friends, Jennifer’s vibrant personality and zest for life make every moment unforgettable!
Patty loves sharing her knowledge of sign language, helping others learn and connect in a truly special way. She’s also got a fantastic sense of humor and always keeps everyone laughing with her clever jokes. Since joining Innovative, Patty has blossomed from a quiet presence to a confident and independent individual.
