Michael Schwartz
CEO
Michael has been in nonprofit management for most of his career. He has held positions that reflect his love of working with people with disabilities. Michael especially enjoys strategic work and has helped organizations expand and thrive. Michael was thrilled to join the Innovative team to improve the lives of people with disabilities, becoming our Chief Executive Officer in January 2023. He values the people and quality of life in Green Bay tremendously and thinks Wisconsin is the perfect place to live. Michael enjoys volunteering as a guardian and serves on a number of boards.

Kerry Blondheim
Vice President of Administration
Kerry is an executive leader with extensive experience within nonprofit organizations and the human services field. Although her career began in human resources, she has successfully supported a wide range of teams and functions. Kerry combines her passion for our mission with her interest in running through myTEAM Triumph and advocating for parents whose children have disabilities.

Becca Hrdlicka
Vice President of Operations
Becca has nearly 15 years of leadership experience in long-term care. Becca is a strong leader, expert communicator and innovator. She sees challenges and barriers as opportunities to do things differently and equates the success of any team to the strengths of the individuals and their willingness to work together toward a common goal.

Amy Gillis
Vice President of Human Resources
With more than 25 years of HR experience, Amy leads the human capital strategy at Innovative Care Services. She is dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive work culture, specializing in employee engagement, performance management and diversity initiatives. Amy is passionate about empowering employees and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. Amy is a lifelong resident of Brown County, holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in business administration, and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

Sara Noah
Vice President of Finance
Sara has more than 25 years of experience in accounting and finance. With a strong focus on governmental finance, she is excited to bring that experience to Innovative Care Services. Utilizing her strong communication and interpersonal skills, Sara believes in consensus management and teamwork, and focuses on making sure every member of the team feels valued.
